The Supporting Intrinsics provide support for the User and Gateway
Intrinsics. The Supporting Intrinsics are:
HPDDeleteMsg This allows applications to delete the last message
accessed by the HPDUserReceive or HPDGateReceive
Intrinsics.
HPDTerminate This allows an application to sign off as the HP Desk
user or gateway to make that user available to other
applications and to shut down.
HPDExplain This returns a one line text message relating to the
error code resulting from one of the other Intrinsic
calls, or the result code in a returned record in the
Transaction File.
HPDNameProbe This allows an application to search the HP Desk
directories to verify name and address information,
and to extract lists of configured countries,
mailnodes and users.
HPDUtility This is a general purpose Supporting Intrinsic that
allows you to list the In Tray or Pending Tray either
in full or selectively and to convert documents from
one format to another, given the converters available

different options.
