  • A little over $4000. $700 of that to ship a server to Matt. Alan Yeo given Wire Transfer information, amount unknown. The CPA has an outstanding invoice of $650 that needs to be paid. Invoice for $700 noted.

    Benefits and Whisper Campaign    		 Tony Tibben and Birket discuss benefits of OpenMPE.
    1. Insurance Policy in case MPE breaks.
    2. Possible fixing of the date breakage in a future emulator.
    3. Emulator as disaster recovery.
    4. Emulator as a look up machine.
    Noted if the HP license fee is not met any donations would be returned.

    Vendor Jazz Content?    		 Discussion whether 3rd parties should be contacted to donate software for download purposes. Birket-Foster, Adager, Robelle, VESoft, etc.
  • Donna to send draft letter to bayside vendors and who else for people to look at and comment on.

    Emulator    		 Discussion of Board's emulator intentions. Emulator licenses are available from HP and is on their corporate price list. Can also be obtained from Client Systems.

    Donations    		 Matt states reasons that donations should be sent to him personally vice the accountant. Accountant only records it as income, does not keep a copy of who made the donation or when the donation was made. Or send a PDF of the check to Matt and send the check to Crumbacker.
    One potential donor cited conflict with their goal of getting customers off the HP3000.
    No one has reached Vladimir or Eugene with VESoft.

    Hostway    		 Web site billing from Hostway should be zero balance due. Yet being automatically withdrawn from bank. Paul (Edwards) is not getting stuck with the bill.

    HP Technology Forum    		 Birket will be at this meeting in Las Vegas to promote OpenMPE. The OpenMPE meeting will be on Wednesday June 10th at 10:30AM.
    No similar event in the U.K., but there is one in Europe that floats.

    Hosting Minutes    		 There is no problem with hosting MP3's of the Minutes on the Empire machine. They will be behind an MPE Account and Group and require MPE passwords. No html access.
