• 7,000 - 15,000 messages lines a day displayed on each console.

• 14 HP3000 consoles

• Approximately 140,000 lines of messages a day.

• Excluding backups, we want to see 5-10 messages a day from each system.

• OpenView should by pass 99.9% of all console messages.

• Only 0.1% of all messages show be displayed in the Active Message Browser (Excluding messages from backups).
