• Could it be a hardware defect?

  • Use network support tools (part of ‘virtual on-site’ presence technology) to verify connectivity to every network device in path
  • Every device along the path responds to ping

• Does DTC boot request arrive at host?

  • Use network support tools to verify
  • No
