What Happens Next?

Either:

• You find someone with a network analyzer

• In search for the ‘lost’ boot request the person

  • traces the network at the host where the boot request does not arrive
  • traces the WAN connection (the affected DTC is at a remote site) where the boot request does not arrive
  • travels to the manufacturing site, ...

• It will take days to resolve the problem
