On the mailing date determined by the LPTP technologist the LPTP computer will send an e-mail notification to each lab director on the survey control list regarding the upcoming survey. The e-mail will include the survey description, start and end dates, plus a hyperlink to the password to be used to access the survey data-entry screens.
