Component Description
- Lets you take a "picture", or a "snapshot" of your disks at a given point in time
How?
- Snapshot appears to Windows NT (and to users) as another ordinary disk
- It looks like a duplicate of the original live data, but no additional disk space has been occupied
- Very fast to create; minimizes system and application downtime
